The product of generations of carpet weavers and traders, David & Lee Harounian's experience is peerless in the modern carpet & rug manufacturing industry. With an extensive family heritage, including carpets exhibited in renowned museums around the globe, David & Lee's expertise and erudite understanding of the industry and its methods have shaped Harounian Rugs International, known as HRI to the many designers, retailers, and consumers throughout the world.
For more than 50 years HRI has designed, manufactured, and marketed an unsurpassed value driven a selection of area rugs. HRI's staffed offices and factories in the USA, India, Pakistan, China, Nepal, and Turkey creatively integrate the design, construction, logistics, and marketing of HRI's award-winning and comprehensive collections of tailored and programmed carpets & rugs.
